How many passengers can travel in my wedding vehicle?

Lucy and Rose, our two vintage split screen wedding VW Campervans can carry up to 6 passengers each.

Jessie, Mr Benn, Molly and Emily our other vintage VW Campervans can carry up to 5 passengers each.

Eleanor (E Type), Melody (Mercedes) and Billy (VW Beetle) can carry up to 3 passengers each however due to Eleanor and Melody being sports cars the rear accommodation is cosier than a saloon.

Can my dog travel in the wedding vehicle with us?

Our wedding insurance does not cover transportation of animals so unfortunately your dog will not be able to travel with you.

Can my one year old travel in the vehicle?

We can carry one child under three in all our vehicles. If a child under three years is going to be travelling in your wedding vehicle, the law states that he/she will need to travel in the front seat using an appropriate child seat provided and fitted by yourselves.

Please note however with modern child seats, the length of seatbelt required to safely secure the seat may not be available so it would be best to visit us and check fitment prior to the big day. Note also that Lucy the love bus only has lap belts in the front so a child seat suitable for lap belt only fitting must be provided.

If the seat cannot be secured safely your child cannot travel.

Can children travel in my wedding vehicle?

Yes, the youngest child in the party will be required by law to sit in the front of the vehicle and if the child normally travels with a car seat, one must be provided and fitted by yourselves.

What areas do you cover?

The majority of our weddings are within two hours travel time of our base in Wrexham. However we are happy to travel far and wide! Please bear in mind that costs will become higher the further you are away from our immediate area of Wrexham.

How long do we have the vehicle for?

Every wedding is different so it is impossible to place a time limit on how long we will stay.

We will arrive at your pick up approximately 30 minutes before you should leave for the ceremony to give you and your photographer ample time for photos before you set off. There will be photo opportunities at the church and on arrival at your reception venue. We will stay till everyone has had all the photos they need and we will check with you and your photographer that you are happy before we leave.

Can we take a detour for a photoshoot?

Yes there is no problem taking a detour for a photoshoot. Please inform us at the enquiry stage so we can include it in your quote and subsequent confirmation. This way there will be no surprises on the day for the chauffeur.

Is a bottle of bubbly included?

Yes we include a bottle of bubbly as part of our standard package. We can arrange an alternative or non alcoholic option if preferred, please ask when booking.
